For retrofitting of R 22 machine with R 427 A proceed as under : 1. Start the machine charged with R 22 and note its temperatures and pressures. See the defect if any and repair it. 2. Draw out the R22 refrigerant from the machine and collect it into an evaucated cylinder, weigh it and send it to the dealing company for recycling it.- 3. Draw out the complete compressor oil from the machine and measure it. 4. Charge the new oil in the compressor equal to old oil.
